We’ve created this simple guide with information to help you prepare for your visit to Merseyway. It includes information on what you can expect to see and how you can help support us and your fellow shoppers to keep safe whilst visiting us.
The following stores are currently open at Merseyway. Visit individual store listings for their most up to date opening hours. Please note these may be subject to change, so contact the store directly to avoid disappointment.

Can I use the lifts?
Yes, our lifts are operational. However, a maximum of two people may use the lifts at any one time unless from the same household.
Where can I park?
Car parking is available in car parks at Merseyway and Redrock. Payment for parking is temporarily suspended with all barriers open.
Are the toilets open?
Yes, our public toilets including disabled and baby changing facilities are open. Please be aware that restrictions apply.
